Founded in 2022 by Team Owners Rodney, Rze, and Tina Culbreath, the Virginia Valley Vipers were built on the belief that professional basketball can be a catalyst for community growth, opportunity, and transformation.

What began in the Shenandoah Valley has grown into a regional movement, bringing professional basketball to Loudoun County and the Commonwealth of Virginia while creating opportunities for athletes, families, businesses, and community organizations to come together through the power of sports.
