Indianapolis IN, Evelyn Magley CEO of The Basketball League announced the newest market to the 6 year old league; Winchester VA, has been awarded to the Culbreath family.
Rodney O.E. Culbreath, Tina Stevens-Culbreath and Rze Culbreath are the Team Market Owners of the Virginia Vipers.
This marks the 1st market in the DMV area and is a pivotal geography for tying the north and south together along the east coast.
